Staff was attentive and courteous all the time. The breakfast was rich and all food was outstanding. It was a hip new hotel in a particularly good area, near the Botanic Gardens, the Botanical Garden and the Palace and local shops. Service was good too.

Awesome overall experience. Employees were cooperative and supper friendly. So many fresh options for breakfast, such as cheese and sausages. Reasonably priced location to balchik palace.
